1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing www.consolecombos.com or submitting a purchase order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service or place an order.
2. Product Description & Pre-Order Allocations
ConsoleCombos.com sells factory-sealed PlayStation®5 Pro console hardware bundles combined with genuine pre-order entitlement for Grand Theft Auto VI (PS5 edition). Each bundle includes:

- Grand Theft Auto VI Official Launch Game Edition (Day-One digital activation voucher inside sealed case)

Orders represent guaranteed warehouse hardware allocations scheduled for delivery to coincide with the official commercial release date on November 19, 2026.
3. Transparent Pricing & No Hidden Fees
The total price for the standard launch bundle is $899.00 USD. This price is strictly locked upon order submission. There are zero hidden fees, zero membership dues, and zero surprise surcharges. Tracked priority ground courier shipping with signature confirmation is included at no additional charge.
4. Payment Processing & Security
All payments are securely processed off-site via Viva.com (Viva Payments), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified European banking institution and licensed payment processor. ConsoleCombos.com never collects, processes, or stores your credit card number, CVV code, or banking PIN on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted end-to-end via TLS 1.3 standards.
5. Pre-Order Cancellation & Refund Rights
We respect full customer consumer rights under FTC guidelines and international distance selling regulations:
- 100% Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to courier dispatch for a full 100% refund, no questions asked.
- 30-Day Post-Delivery Return Window: You may return your sealed, unopened bundle within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Signature Confirmation

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConsoleCombos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from manufacturer hardware defects (covered under Sony warranty) or official game launch schedule shifts dictated by the game publisher.
